Café Gourmet, LLC of Baltimore is a five-day upscale café serving the white collar professional and retail worker looking for a quality, quick and affordable alternative to the typical choices of fast food or local delis for their workday meals. We are open Monday through Friday serving breakfast and lunch in a warm, cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our quick-casual concept features friendly service, consistent high quality and a distinctive menu of signature sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads, burgers and homemade soups complimented with great desserts and gourmet coffees.

Founded in 2001 and having opened six locations since, Café Gourmet takes great pride in having a fanatically loyal following and successful model. In fact, the concept has become so widely embraced that we are now regularly approached by commercial realtors to open our cafes in their clients office and retail lease spaces. We are currently focusing on office space opportunities but will entertain straight retail as well.

Café Gourmet is actively seeking real estate lease opportunities in the Greater Baltimore area, Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and south-central and south-eastern Pennsylvania. Café Gourmet Site Criteria

  • 1,000 – 2,000 square feet
  • "Main and Main" locations not required.
  • Lease space must be in a corporate business park, mid-rise office building, high-rise office building, flex space or other office-style space.
  • Lease space must have a minimum of 350,000 square feet of leased office space within a five minute walk or five minute drive (office space does not have to be all owned by prospective landlord).
  • Exterior entrance and interior entrance is preferred.
  • Exterior signage is required.
  • Reserved parking spaces.
  • Five to seven year primary term with two five year options.
  • Prefer exterior seating option.
